Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our Jewelry sales team. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service and sales, contributing to a positive shopping experience. This role involves engaging with customers, Previous retail experience is preferred and social media management is a plus. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs * Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions including cash handling and cashiering * Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking * Manage inventory levels and restock as needed * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly * Assist with supervising team members when necessary, ensuring smooth store operations * Uphold phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone * Support overall store cleanliness and organization to enhance the shopping environment Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales, or similar customer service roles preferred * Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor * Attention to detail & strong organizational skills * Proficiency with POS systems * Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and cashiering duties efficiently * Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills This position offers an engaging work environment where your sales skills and customer service expertise will be valued.
