This role is designed for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in an independent, results-oriented environment. As a Corporate Sales Representative, you will lead corporate membership growth by working directly with businesses, school districts, municipalities, hospitals, and other major employers--often engaging with senior leadership and key decision- makers. Reporting to the CEO, you will operate with a high level of operational independence while maintaining strong communication and accountability. You will manage your daily activities independently, provide calendar visibility to leadership, and deliver consistent progress updates. You will own a defined territory or vertical market and serve as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, their employees, and internal teams. This is a field-based role that rewards initiative, organization, and the ability to influence. You will represent a nationally recognized brand and deliver a wellness benefit that employees genuinely value and actively use. What You Will Be Responsible For: * Developing and expanding corporate partnerships across multiple industries and locations * Managing daily tasks and priorities independently while maintaining a shared calendar with leadership * Building strong relationships with executive-level and senior management contacts * Leading the full sales process from initial outreach and presentations through contract execution and account launch * Taking a consultative approach to identify organizational needs and align fitness solutions that support employee wellness and engagement * Managing account launches remotely, ensuring effective onboarding and in-club visibility * Collaborating closely with regional leadership and individual club teams to ensure program success * Tracking leads, opportunities, and performance metrics with accuracy and consistency * Submitting weekly progress reports outlining activity, pipeline status, and upcoming opportunities * Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accuracy in corporate account setup, billing, payments, and ongoing financial reconciliation * Representing the organization at business meetings, networking events, and community functions * Serving as the liaison between corporate partners and Planet Fitness El Paso-Las Cruces to ensure high levels of service, contract compliance, and long-term satisfaction Who Thrives in This Role: * Sales professionals who excel in autonomous, self-directed environments * Individuals confident communicating with senior leaders and navigating multiple levels within an organization * Organized, disciplined professionals who balance independence with accountability * Results-driven individuals who enjoy building relationships and influencing decisions * Professionals who bring energy, credibility, and a polished presence to every interaction Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field * Minimum of three years of professional sales experience * Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Willingness to travel locally as needed * Valid driver's license and current CPR certification * Fluency in spoken and written English Physical Requirements: * Regular standing and walking throughout the workday * Local travel for outside sales calls * Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Compensation: This position offers a competitive salary plus commission Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * How many years of sales experience do you have? * Can you pass a drug test and background? * This position requires to travel within the city; do you obtain a valid driver's license and could pass a motor vehicle driving record?
