Your determination to sell, market, and provide solutions to prospective and existing clients grow our agency and your earning potential. Responsibilities and Duties * Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred * Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred * Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs * Excellent interpersonal skills * Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening * People-oriented * Self-motivated * Ability to work in a team environment * Ability to multi-task * Experience in marketing * Ability to conduct interviews in the office * Property & Casualty license * Life & Health license * Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education Qualifications and Skills Qualifications: * Currently possess General Lines Property & Casualty and Life & Health License * Desire to make a difference in clients' lives * Able to work independently, within a team, and be coached * Have a commitment to excellence * Problem-solving ability * Pleasant and professional telephone manner * Respond to inquiries, work requests (including cancellations), & sales requests in specified time frame Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Work Location: In person
