Daily Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Representative: * This is a highly active, face-to-face sales role focused exclusively on in-person customer outreach and direct customer service execution. * Engage directly with community members, explain the program, and guide eligible customers through the application process * Manage customer databases and ensure accurate record-keeping for marketing and sales efforts. * Review pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and experience. * Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to the marketing & sales teams to improve results. * Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives. Qualifications of a Wireless Sales Representative: * A high school diploma or equivalent is required; must be 18 years or older to apply * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or related fields- experience in direct marketing or customer-facing roles is a plus * Strong communication and organizational skills with an ability to multitask * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * A self-motivated and goal-driven mindset * Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving marketing trends Role Overview * Employment Type: Full-time W-2 position * Pay: Commission-based structure; average weekly earnings range from $900 to $1,300 * Schedule: Full time, Daily reporting required at our San Bernardino, CA office * Location: Travel to nearby communities for in-person sales and customer outreach * Client Representation: Represent T-Mobile directly to customers * Products: Promote and sell T-Mobile wireless plans, smartphones, and related services Job Type: Full-time Projected Total Compensation: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week Work Location: In person
