As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail environment. Responsibilities - Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings - Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers - Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries - Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining an organized sales floor Skills - Strong technical sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base - Previous experience is preferred - Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales results - Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Basic math skills for calculating discounts, percentages, and commissions.
