Are you looking for an opportunity to own a market, drive sales, and directly shape the success of a growing company? You will work closely with one of our founders and your Vail Valley counterpart to acquire new properties in the Denver Metro market. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for the first 1-2 years, where your focus will be on outreach, closing deals, and hitting ambitious sales goals. Once you establish a strong track record of success, you will partner with the founders to build and lead a team, eventually stepping into a true market leadership role. We expect a ramp-up period of 3-6 months. Compensation is a mix of base salary and commission, with a starting salary of $52,000 -$67,000. With commission, total year 2 compensation is expected to range between *$128,000 -$232,000. This is a recurring sale, so your end of year sales compensation essentially becomes your base salary the following year. Of course, there is some churn of clients, but quite low in our industry about 14% per year. Position Overview We are seeking a driven, results-oriented sales leader-in-the-making to spearhead growth in the Denver Metro short-term rental market. This role is about owning and growing the market through hands-on sales , building relationships, and closing deals. While future leadership opportunities are part of the vision, this role starts as a high-performance, individual contributor position with a focus on hitting revenue and growth targets. The ideal candidate will be a proven closer , with strong business development skills, creativity in finding and converting leads, and a passion for the short-term rental industry. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to independently drive growth while aligning with company strategy. Key Responsibilities Market Ownership & Sales Execution * Develop and execute a sales plan to acquire new short-term rental management clients in the Denver Metro area. * Drive outbound outreach, lead generation, and closing efforts to hit monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing. * Collaborate closely with the founders to fine-tune sales strategies, pricing models, and messaging. Revenue Growth & Strategy * Identify market opportunities, high-value property owners, and untapped client segments. * Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to stay ahead of market shifts. * Partner with marketing and operations teams to align efforts for maximum lead generation and conversions. Sales Reporting & Analytics * Track and report pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts using CRM and analytics tools. * Analyze data to optimize outreach tactics and improve closing efficiency. Client Relationship Building * Build strong, long-term relationships with property owners and key stakeholders. * Negotiate complex deals and create a seamless handoff for onboarding new properties. Qualifications * Proven track record as a top-performing salesperson (5+ years), ideally in real estate, short-term rentals, hospitality, or related industries. * Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. * Familiarity with CRM tools like GoHighLevel. * Excellent communication and presentation abilities with the confidence to handle high-value negotiations. * Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust strategies. * Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Preferred: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * Experience in the short-term rental or hospitality industry. * Network of contacts within real estate or property management. * Understanding of PMS, RMS, and digital marketing tools.
