General Qualification Requirements: * Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and/or sales. * Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. * Good computer knowledge required. * Must be able to interact with all levels of personnel in a professional manner. * Need to be a problem solver and have the ability to work independently. * Must be able to multi task and meet deadlines. * Neat in physical and dress appearance. Specific Qualification Requirements : * Strong Knowledge of all consumable and small equipment products. * Capable of utilizing and function computer programs to maintain accounts in Relationship that may include: * Demonstrate ability to process orders in Great Plains * Demonstrate ability to request PO from Dealer for processing order in Great Plains. * Demonstrate ability to communicate thru Outlook both inner company and with clients. * Communicating with customers on all sales/technical related issues * Utilize Form# 004 to document and record order transactions. Primary Description of Job Responsibilities: * Telemarketing sales and customer support. Representative is expected to make a minimum of 80 outgoing sales calls each day. * Each representative has a minimum monthly sales goal that must be met each month. * Each representative has a minimum monthly unit sales goal for each product line. * Process orders received from customers. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical to the order entry process. * Interface with the equipment sales and service department and provide customer support in the equipment parts and service area. * Provide low level technical support for retail customers.
