Life Insurance Agent (In-Person Preferred / Remote Option) -- 1099 Commission + Bonuses We're hiring hungry, coachable individuals who want to build real income in the life insurance industry with a proven system, training, and warm lead flow. If you're the type who takes initiative, follows a process, and wants performance-based pay (no cap), this is a fit. What you'll do

• Speak with families who requested info (warm leads)
• Run simple phone/Zoom/in-person appointments (in-person preferred)
• Help clients choose the right coverage (needs-based, not pushy)
• Follow up, track activity, and stay consistent What we provide
• Warm leads available (no cold door knocking)
• Step-by-step training, scripts, and mentorship
• Ongoing coaching + team support
• Tools/systems to help you get paid fast
• Bonuses + performance incentives Pay & schedule
