Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with proven leadership skills to manage a diverse team. This role requires an individual who can analyze market trends, develop strategic business plans, and foster relationships with clients to enhance account management. Duties * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development. * Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns. * Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching and training to enhance team skills. * Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for upper management review. * Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's products and services.
