The Opportunity: As an Inside Sales Specialist at All Points Broadband, you'll be on the front lines of our mission to bring lightning-fast fiber internet to the communities that need it most. In this role, you will create connections while taking calls. You'll guide prospective customers through their options, answer questions with confidence, and help them choose the service package that best fits their lifestyle. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions based on your performance. Whether you're closing a sale on the first call or following up with someone who wasn't quite ready, you'll play a critical role in delivering a smooth, human-centered sales experience that turns curious shoppers into happy customers. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound calls and chats from prospective customers. * Educate customers on service offerings, availability, and pricing with clarity and professionalism. * Guide customers through the sales process, including discovery, objection handling, and closing. * Document customer interactions and sales activity in the billing system * Collaborate with customer care and field sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience. * Participate in regular coaching, training, and call calibration sessions. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FTTH services and how they compare to competitors. Required Skills and Experience * 1+ year experience in sales, call center, or customer-facing roles. * Proper phone etiquette; demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar. * Knowledge of or ability to learn relevant software, computer applications, and equipment. * Knowledge of or ability to learn sales principles and practices. * Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly. * Ability to guide a sales conversation through discovery, education, and closing. * Comfortable using digital tools, call center software, and structured scripts. * Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn. * Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-through. * Must be able to sit for long periods of time; position requires use of headset/microphone. * Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
