We 're Hiring: Experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) Keeton & Co Real Estate is a high-producing, high-earning team that achieved 23% growth in 2025 and is continuing to scale. Are you a real estate agent who prefers a steady paycheck and predictable schedule --but still wants control over your income with no ceiling? • Work a consistent flow of company-provided buyer and seller leads
• Qualify and nurture prospects through proven follow-up systems

An active Real Estate License is not required, but preferred. If not currently licensed, we ask that you get licensed within the first 3 months of employment. Must be able to pass a background check inorder to be licensed. Morning, evening, and some weekend work is required. Income range is large and based on personal achievements and bonuses. Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
