Salary Range: $36,400.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Licensing Reimbursement Paid Training Life Insurance Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Disability Insurance Requirements What Were Looking For: * Experience: 1+ years of client-facing sales experience. * Licensing: General Lines P&C and Life & Health licenses preferred (but we'll help if you need them!). * Mindset: Dependable, honest, coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented. * Skills: Top-notch communication, including written, verbal, and phone etiquette, is a must. * Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly preferred.
