Regional Packaging Sales Representative Location: Richmond, VA Compensation: $90,000 - $140,000 base salary (depending on experience) + unlimited commission potential Total earnings for top performers: $150,000 - $200,000+ About the Role We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to oversee and grow business in the Richmond area. This position is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in packaging sales who excel in a field-based role with a high level of autonomy. You will manage existing accounts while also identifying and securing new business opportunities within various manufacturing sectors, supported by a dedicated inside sales team and management that knows when to provide guidance and when to let you lead. You will be required to travel as needed (approximately 50% of the time) and operate independently, treating your territory as if it were your own business.
