Job Responsibilities: * The Primary goal of the Sales Representative is to provide a fun and educational experience for customers who come into Oak Lawn Toyota. * The Sales Representative will greet all customers who walk into the dealership, answering questions and educating the public on the Toyota product. * An important responsibility is to create a superior customer experience that represents the Toyota brand the Oak Lawn Toyota values. * Help to improve and change the way of marketing and selling cars to the community by means of social media and networking with family and friends. Requirements: * Strong communication and customer service experience required. * Strong sense of team mentality and reliability. * Ability to work evenings and Saturdays in a retail environment, Automotive Sales experience is a plus. * Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable and safe driving record. * Must value integrity, personal responsibility, and possess a desire to win! * Must have effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills. * Experience in car sales preferred Additional Beneficial Skills: * Technical aptitude and Computer literacy * Spanish/English Bilingual Skills Job Types: Full-time, Commission Projected Total Compensation: $45,000.00 - $148,173.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off Experience: * Automotive sales: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
