Job Summary: Regional Construction Sales Rep is a new position designed to expand the existing commercial swimming pool repair and renovation division of Company's branches in Charlotte and Surrounding areas. Ideal candidate will have construction management degree or similar or 1 year experience in commercial construction or swimming pool repair. Duties: * Conduct annual inspections of every facility to identify needed improvements or rehab potential. * Produce proposals based on inspections to each customer. * Attend sales calls as required in each location. * Support operation from a repair perspective to ensure every facility is compliant and able to operate at all times. * Create new and Maintain existing relations with Subcontractors * Stand ready to assist in repairs as required.
