Position Overview As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet homeowners face-to-face, educate them about roofing and storm-damage restoration, and schedule free inspections. You'll start with paid training and a base pay, then transition to commission with weekly bonuses once you graduate. Our office handles the entire back end -- you focus on selling and earning.
