The ideal candidate would be detail-oriented and have the ability to work in a fast- paced, high sales driven environment; all while providing a 5-star customer service experience for our clients. Preferred previous experience in customer service, retail, marketing and an interest in fashion. Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Fashion & styling services - providing clients with honest feedback about style & fit * Sales associates must arrive for shifts appropriately and fashionably dressed * Build and maintain client relationships through one of a kind customer service * Increase sales and profitability through customer satisfaction * Stocking / Merchandising * Meeting both individual and team goals * Open and closing duties * Clean and maintain proper store appearance and workspace * Preparing merchandise (tagging, cleaning, steaming, polishing, spot cleaning, etc.) * Special projects * Assisting with general store support * Following CK Collection's guidelines and procedures Commission incentive - the more you sell the more you make!
