Job Title: Appointment Setter Department: Telemarketing Report to: Office Manager FLSA Classification : Non-Exempt Employment type: Full-time Compensation: $16.90/hr + Commissions ($56,000 - $75,000 annually) Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday (Thurs/Fri off) Date Verified: 01/20/2026 Essential Job Functions * Assertively meet and exceed sales goals and appointments set quota. * Deliver prepared script that describes water testing benefits to homeowners, in order to secure appointments. * Obtain customer information such as name. address, and household information for data-entry. * Schedules appointments for homeowners with database systems. * Communicate effectively with outside water specialist to meet customer needs and availability. * Provide exceptional customer service to both existing and potential customers to key business relationships. * Perform any other assigned duties. Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies * Excellent communication skills. * Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required. * High school diploma/GED. * Multi-tasking multiple tasks (Typing while navigating different interfaces and delivering script). * 1 year of telephone sales experience. * Work effectively in a team environment while striving for individual excellence.
