Position Overview We are seeking a National Account Manager to develop new business and manage relationships with national clients in an assigned territory. This role focuses on delivering client-focused commercial roofing solutions and driving growth through strategic account management. Key Responsibilities * Establish and grow national client accounts within designated territory. * Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations. * Negotiate and close new business deals; ensure contract integration with operations. * Collaborate with management and sales teams across multiple locations. * Serve as primary contact for customers; ensure timely delivery of solutions. * Identify growth opportunities and maintain industry knowledge. * Accurately manage data in CRM and maintain strong internal communication. Requirements * BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. * Proven sales success; commercial roofing experience strongly preferred. * National account management experience is a plus. * Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office; strong computer skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives. * Excellent negotiation, listening, and presentation skills. * Stable work history and ability to travel as needed.
