Position Overview: We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Success Manager to guide homeowners through the roofing process from inspection to project completion. You'll conduct drone-powered roof inspections, present findings, advise on next steps, and assist clients with insurance or financing , ensuring a smooth, professional experience. Occasional on-roof inspections may be required.
