Overview

: We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Success Manager to guide homeowners through the roofing process from inspection to project completion. You'll conduct drone-powered roof inspections, present findings, advise on next steps, and assist clients with insurance or financing , ensuring a smooth, professional experience. Occasional on-roof inspections may be required.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Conduct drone-powered roof inspections and present AI-generated reports
• Perform on-roof inspections when necessary
• Advise homeowners on maintenance, repair, and full roof replacement options
• Assist clients with insurance claims and financing
• Draft clear and accurate work orders for the production team to execute
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up as needed
• Represent Fortress Roofing professionally and respectfully

Requirements

:

• Valid Drone Pilot License (Part 107b)
• Clean Background and Driving Record required
• Roofing knowledge preferred; in-home sales experience preferred
• Motivated, personable, and able to manage client relationships effectively
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
