What You 'll Be Doing * Engage directly with homeowners to educate them on solar and energy options * Set appointments and deliver tailored in-home presentations * Build and manage a local territory using a proven door-to-door model * Network through referrals, community events, and follow-ups * Hit individual and team sales goals -- and help others do the same * Participate in ongoing sales, leadership, and mindset training * What We 're Looking For* No prior solar experience needed -- we'll train you.
