This means better relationships with vendors, meaning better pay for YOU! * Company truck based on performance * Leads will be provided based on performance but self generation of business is expected * $80K-$150K and more earning potential * BBB A+ Rated and Accredited * Excellent reviews on Facebook, Google and HomeAdvisor making for easy referrals * Owens Corning Platinum Preferred * Year round position with A LOT of room to advance in to a career you will love * Energetic and fun work environment with management that knows you need a mix of work and play to be a Mighty Dog What you will be doing: * Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims. * Complete Home Inspection for damage with customer to verify exterior damage. * Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service. * Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership. * Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily. * We are looking for experienced salespeople AND people looking to make a change in their career. Sales representatives will be working off a combination of leads generated by Mighty Dog and additional business will be generated by door knocking/networking. What you'll bring: * Excellent interpersonal communication skills. * Experience in construction, roofing siding, or gutter sales highly desirable * Valid Driver's License * Ability to set ladder and walk a residential roof. * Coachability and a Team oriented attitude * Motivation and comfortability working with little or no direction.
