Full description of the position

Job Description: As a Inside Sales Rep. for Vakker Dental, Inc, you will assist customers and sell dental supplies/digital equipment. You are responsible for generating and increasing sales through outbound sales calls, while handling inbound customer calls with professionalism, skill and expediency. Potential Candidate: Vakker Dental is looking for business-minded professionals who strive for organizational success, seek career growth, and desire the ability to drive one's own income potential. Role and Responsibilities * Outbound Sales Calls : Make 75+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers, identifying leads and qualifying them to close sales. Engage in both inbound and outbound calls driven by company marketing efforts * Lead Follow-Up and Sales Closure : Proactively follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and close sales. Convert leads into customers and effectively manage the sales process to meet or exceed monthly sales goals. * Territory Development : Responsible for growing and developing the assigned territory, which includes acquiring new business, upselling current accounts, and cross-selling additional products. * Customer Qualification : Thoroughly identify and quickly qualify new prospective customers, assessing their needs and recommending the most appropriate products and solutions based on their requirements. * Follow-Up and Solution Offering : Provide knowledgeable follow-up to customers regarding inquiries, requests, and pricing. Offer tailored solutions, explain the features and benefits of products. * Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with customers via phone and email. Communicate professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering loyalty. * Business Generation : Generate new business from existing customers by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. * Needs Analysis : Determine customers' needs through effective probing and recommend appropriate products or services that align with their goals and requirements. * CRM Management : Operate efficiently through the company's CRM system to track leads, update customer information, manage interactions, and close sales in a timely manner. * Sales Performance and Compliance : Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance goals/KPIs. Follow a structured call flow that is focused on both sales success and compliance with company policies and procedures. * Ongoing Training and Improvement : Actively participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to continually improve sales techniques and achieve higher performance levels. * Documentation and Reporting : Document all call information according to company standards, ensuring proper record-keeping and adherence to standard operating procedures. Educational Requirement : A minimum of an Associate's Degree is required. * Experience : At least 1+ year of proven work experience in outbound calling, prospecting, and sales, ideally within a call center or similar sales environment. * Self-Motivation and Teamwork : Self-motivated with the proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Must be proactive in achieving goals and meeting deadlines. * Flexibility : Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tasks. * Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail, decisive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality. * Communication Skills : Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers. * Customer Service Excellence : Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, with a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and building long-lasting relationships. * Organizational and Time-Management Skills : Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring effective multitasking and meeting performance targets. * Punctuality and Reliability : Punctual with reliable transportation, ensuring consistent attendance and punctuality for shifts. * CRM Experience : Experience with cloud-based CRM systems, such as Pipedrive, is highly desirable for efficient lead management, customer tracking, and sales reporting.
