Elwood Staffing is currently hiring a Business Development Manager to sell our staffing services to potential clients in the light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse and logistics industry. This position is part of our full-time internal team. (This is not a remote position) * Present customized solutions that demonstrate a clear understanding of the prospective client's staffing needs. * Actively drive negotiations, close, and onboard new accounts while working with a service team to provide service delivery. Business Development Manager Qualifications: * For those that are new to sales - training provided! * Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * A valid driver's license is required for this role to travel between the branch and prospect/client locations.
