Jani-King of Little Rock is looking for a passionate, motivated leader to serve as our Regional Sales Director). The Regional Sales Director will lead a sales and operations team in support of local franchises, who have chosen us to chase their dream of financial freedom. Responsbilities: * Recruiting new clients to be serviced by Jani-King franchises. * Develop Jani-King franchises to reach their highest possible level. * Leading the inside and outside sales teams to develop business for franchises. * Leading the operations team to support franchises in customer satisfaction and retention. * Maintain the budget and financial goals of the office. * Grow the region using a proven system. Successful candidates must have a superior work ethic, unparalleled customer service skills, and the ability to maintain working relationships across a broad spectrum of personalities. The Regional Sales Director position requires a leader who recruits, develops, inspires and directs a superior regional team of both franchise owners and employees. Job Requirements In addition to the above, the right candidate must possess: * Sales leadership background. * Great organizational and communication skills * Professional appearance * "Hands-on" management skills * Commercial cleaning experience (beneficial but not required) Strong technical knowledge in franchising is beneficial, but not required.
