Jani-King of Little Rock is looking for a passionate, motivated leader to serve as our Regional Sales Director). The Regional Sales Director will lead a sales and operations team in support of local franchises, who have chosen us to chase their dream of financial freedom. Responsbilities:

• Recruiting new clients to be serviced by Jani-King franchises.
• Develop Jani-King franchises to reach their highest possible level.
• Leading the inside and outside sales teams to develop business for franchises.
• Leading the operations team to support franchises in customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain the budget and financial goals of the office.
• Grow the region using a proven system. Successful candidates must have a superior work ethic, unparalleled customer service skills, and the ability to maintain working relationships across a broad spectrum of personalities. Requirements

• Sales leadership background.
• Great organizational and communication skills
• Professional appearance
• "Hands-on" management skills
• Commercial cleaning experience (beneficial but not required) Strong technical knowledge in franchising is beneficial, but not required.
