We 're looking for an energetic, personable, and organized Catering Sales Representative to help grow our catering business and share Zoup's warm, flavorful experience with local offices, schools, and organizations.This is an hourly management position designed for someone who's confident, people- focused, and ready to make things happen. You'll represent the Zoup brand outside the restaurant -- introducing new guests to our soups, salads, and sandwiches while building lasting relationships that drive sales. A Day in the Life * Start your morning at the restaurant with a quick team check-in. Review catering orders, gather samples, and plan your route. * Visit local offices, schools, and organizations to deliver tastings and introduce our catering menu. * Follow up with new leads, confirm upcoming orders, and schedule your next tastings. * Wrap up by checking in with your manager, ensuring orders are ready, and logging your day's activity. What You 'll Do * Develop and grow catering sales by engaging local businesses and event planners. * Conduct in-person visits, tastings, and community outreach to expand awareness. * Coordinate with restaurant leadership to ensure catering orders are executed perfectly. * Track leads, follow up consistently, and convert first-time customers into loyal clients. * Support local marketing and promotional events that make Zoup a community favorite.
