We can train you on the particulars of the trade! Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their automotive repair needs and preferences. * Walk the clients through the repair process and explain vehicle options and benefits. * Manage the client expectations and deliver a 5-star Experience. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to build rapport and maintain customer relationships. * Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals. * Maintain a clean and organized sales area that reflects the Companys professionalism. Skills * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers. * Experience sales, preferably with face- to -face sales. * Knowledge of automotive sales processes is not required we can train you! * Proficiency in computer skills. * Excellent phone etiquette for professional customer interactions. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Proven track record in upselling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
