Bilingual BDC Representative Hoy Family Auto - El Paso, TX Hoy Family Auto is a family-owned automotive group proudly serving the El Paso community, representing Mercedes-Benz of El Paso, Hoy Volkswagen, and Hoy Family Auto Pre-Owned. We're growing and looking for a motivated, bilingual Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. About the Role As a BDC Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. Your role is to create a great first impression by responding to online inquiries, phone calls, and text messages, while helping customers schedule appointments and connect with the right department. No prior automotive experience is required--we're happy to train the right person. Experience in customer service, sales, call centers, or hospitality is a plus. Responsibilities * Respond to inbound leads via phone, text, email, and online platforms * Schedule sales and service appointments * Communicate professionally and clearly with customers in English and Spanish * Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience * Accurately update customer information in our CRM system * Work closely with sales and management teams to support daily operations What We're Looking For * Bilingual (English & Spanish) - required * Strong communication and people skills * Comfortable speaking on the phone and messaging customers * Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Prior BDC, sales, or customer service experience is a plus--but not required What We Offer * Paid training * Growth opportunities within a well-established automotive group * Supportive, team-oriented work environment * Stable, long-term career potential If you're looking to start or grow a career in the automotive industry with a company that values its people and its community, we'd love to meet you.
