Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys connecting with people and making a difference? The Archer of Crescent Park is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team and help families find the right senior living solution for their loved ones.

About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and families. You'll listen, guide, and support them through the decision-making process, helping them feel confident and cared for every step of the way. This role combines relationship-building, customer service, and sales strategy to help grow our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and connect with prospective residents and their families
• Conduct tours and presentations highlighting our community's services and lifestyle
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and local partners
• Follow up with leads to meet or exceed occupancy and sales goals
• Collaborate with the community team to deliver an exceptional experience for residents and families

Compensation

This position offers a base wage plus commission. What We 're Looking For

• At least 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or real estate
• Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Enthusiastic, professional, and compassionate approach
