Our JungleU office is hiring motivated individuals interested in building professional sales experience in the solar industry. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates seeking performance-based compensation, structured training, and clear opportunities for advancement. My team specifically is looking to hire ONE person this month. I run a sales team within the JungleU office. ~ Position Overview ~ As an Entry-Level Representative, you would be working in assigned residential neighborhoods speaking with homeowners who have higher-than-average electricity usage. Your responsibility is not to sell solar systems directly, but to set brief (15-30 minute) appointments for homeowners to learn more about a government-backed solar energy program from a licensed solar consultant (Our appointment closers). You would be provided with: * Assigned territories * Transportation to and from your work area * Initial & ongoing training, scripts, and coaching No prior solar or sales experience is required, but encouraged if you have it! Compensation Structure (Transparent & Performance-Based) This is a commission-only position with no income cap. Earnings are directly tied to setting solar appointments on the calendar for our closers. * You are paid per appointment set with a homeowner. The pay-per-appointment system varies based on the SIZE of solar system that the homeowner signs & gets installed with. Pay can be a max of $4,500 per appt. We emphasize practical expectations: this role rewards effort, discipline, and follow-through, and is best suited for individuals comfortable with performance-based pay & a competitive environment.
