We are now offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced jewelry professional to join our team as a Traveling Sales Supervisor. This role involves providing leadership and oversight in upscale jewelry stores across North America. It's an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who enjoys travel, thrives in sales, and wants to leverage their expertise in luxury jewelry retail. This position is structured as an independent contractor role. About the Role: * Provide on-site sales supervision in luxury jewelry retail settings * Lead and inspire store teams to maximize sales and deliver an exceptional client experience * Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, service, and operational execution * Travel extensively to retail locations across North America * Assignments average 8 -11 consecutive weeks away from home * Compensation: $2,350 per week + performance-based bonus Qualifications: * Minimum 5 years of fine jewelry store management or retail jewelry store ownership (required) * Strong sales leadership skills and a proven ability to drive results * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Valid Driver 's License (required) * Willingness and ability to travel Ideal Candidate: * Newly retired or semi-retired jewelry professional seeking flexible, project-based work * Former or current Vice Presidents, Directors, Executives, or high-volume District Managers within the jewelry industry * Former store owners or senior managers with a strong sales leadership background * Professionals who enjoy travel and thrive in dynamic retail environments * Passionate about luxury jewelry, mentorship, and elevating in-store performance Job Type: Independent Contractor Shift: 10-hour shifts during assignments If you are a polished, professional leader with deep jewelry retail experience and a passion for client service, we invite you to apply and join The Gordon Company.
