Full description of the position

We are adding Entry Level Sales Associates to our expanding AT&T wireless team. This full-time role is built for candidates who want hands-on experience in sales, customer service, telecommunications, wireless technology, customer enrollment, and account management. You'll work directly with customers to explain AT&T wireless plans, AT&T Internet options, device upgrades, mobility services, and account support, all while developing essential communication, sales, and customer interaction skills. Role Overview: Entry Level Sales Associates support AT&T customers by answering questions, assisting with customer enrollments, and recommending wireless and internet solutions. You will manage customer accounts, process updates, provide customer service support, and help customers choose the best AT&T wireless and AT&T Internet services for their needs. This role offers strong exposure to telecom sales, customer engagement, account management, and wireless service support. Key responsibilities include: * Communicate AT&T wireless plans, AT&T 5G devices, AT&T Internet services, and mobility features * Support customer enrollments, activations, upgrades, service changes, and account updates * Provide customer service, customer support, and clear product explanations * Recommend AT&T products, wireless plans, and Internet solutions that match customer needs * Document and maintain accurate customer account information, service details, and sales activity * Collaborate with leadership to reach daily and weekly sales goals, customer service goals, and telecom performance targets * Learn AT&T promotions, wireless pricing, Internet packages, and telecom product knowledge * Help build strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up What You Bring: * Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer service and customer support * Interest in sales, wireless technology, AT&T products, telecommunications, and customer enrollment * Goal-oriented mindset with interest in leadership, account management, and sales growth * Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with consistent customer interactions * Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or telecom support is helpful but not required * Reliable, coachable, and motivated to learn AT&T wireless and Internet services What We Offer: * Weekly pay plus commission opportunities * Full training in AT&T sales, customer service, wireless product knowledge, and account management * Advancement into leadership roles including Senior Sales Associate, Account Manager, and Team Lead * Supportive, team-oriented environment with daily coaching, development, and telecom industry training Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
