About Us With more than 18 years in the market, we are dedicated to the sale and distribution of Latin products in Texas. Job Purpose The Pre-Sales Representative is responsible for visiting assigned clients to take orders, present products, ensure proper product display at points of sale, and guarantee the achievement of the distributor's commercial goals. This role is key to strengthening customer relationships, increasing sales, and maintaining the presence of Latin brands in the market. Duties and Responsibilities * Make daily visits to clients along the assigned route (stores and supermarkets). * Take orders according to customer needs and available inventory. * Promote new products and ensure proper product rotation. * Check expiration dates, manage returns, and ensure order in product displays. * Maintain constant communication with the sales team and supervisor regarding opportunities and market needs. * Achieve sales objectives and customer coverage. * Develop strong relationships with clients, transmitting trust and professionalism. * Support marketing activities, product tastings, or special promotions as required. * Submit sales reports, orders, and customer feedback in a timely manner. Profile and Requirements * Minimum education: High school diploma ). * Experience: 1 year in sales, pre-sales, or customer service (preferably in the food and beverage sector). * Valid driver's license (if applicable to the route). * Bilingual (Spanish/English) * Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently, organized, and results-oriented.
