Business Development Manager - Freight Forwarding Location: Atlanta, GA Salary: $120,000 + Bonus +

We're working with a well-established global freight forwarder seeking a driven Business Development Manager to help grow its air and ocean freight product. The Role

• Develop new business across air and ocean freight services
• Identify and win new shipper accounts within the local and regional market
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships What We're Looking For
• Proven sales experience within freight forwarding or logistics
• Strong new-business (hunter) mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Salary up to $120,000
• 10% GP bonus structure
• 15 days PTO , 4 floating holidays , and 6 sick days (increasing with service)
