The Role We're seeking motivated, full-time Sales Representatives to help homeowners improve and protect their homes through insurance-approved roof replacements and upgrades. You'll be trained to: * Conduct home exterior inspections * Educate homeowners about roof and insurance claim options * Present professional proposals and secure project agreements * Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the process This position offers rapid advancement potential, flexible scheduling, and an income structure that rewards high performers.
