What You 'll Do * Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on behavioral health programs and treatment centers nationwide. * Build and manage a qualified pipeline through daily outreach (calls, email, and social). * Deliver impactful presentations that show facility owners and executives how we increase collections and simplify operations. * Collaborate directly with leadership to design winning strategies for your market. * Travel for industry conferences, on-site meetings, and networking events (up to 20%). * Log every activity in HubSpot CRM -- we believe in transparency, accountability, and celebrating measurable progress. What You 'll Bring * 2+ years of B2B sales experience (healthcare or behavioral health preferred) o Transferable skills considered: Admissions coordinators, Account managers * Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage longer cycle sales. * Natural relationship-builder with a consultative communication style. * Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. * CRM fluency (HubSpot experience a plus).
