The Sales Representative will work directly with team management to ensure they have the necessary goals, tasks, knowledge, supplies and customer care they need to successfully fill their sales portfolio. * Take care of customers to get what they need in an efficient friendly manor. * Utilize company resources to ensure each customer gets what they need. * Work remotely; at home and on the road, collecting customers, door to door, becoming their sales representative. * Attend weekly sales meeting with sales staff. * Follow through with customers and track weekly sales. * Become a primary customer service contact for account clients who have questions about their accounts or our products. * Work with manager and purchasing coordinator to ensure proper product is coming in as scheduled. * Possibly contract jobs to ensure each job runs smoothly from cradle to grave. * Negotiate with sales reps to ensure the best pricing for our customers. * Attend sales training sessions when scheduled.. * Any other tasks assigned by direct manager.
