PLEASE NOTE, this position REQUIRES the following: - Valid Driver's License - Full Time Employment Responsibilities: * Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles while implementing our dealership's proven sales process. * Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and industry certifications to provide quality information about features, specifications, and pricing of vehicles * Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements * Coordinate with the finance department to ensure smooth transactions * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales is a plus * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong negotiation skills * Flexibility to work extended hours as per scheduled shifts, if needed * Valid driver's license While experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
