Job Summary As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll spearhead lead generation, property inspections, and sales closure for exterior restoration projects. Your role will involve door-knocking, engaging insurance agents, project management and leveraging customer referrals to generate leads. Successful Sales Reps will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be willing to commit a minimum of 25 hours weekly to prospecting and handling customers from start to finish. Comfort with roof inspections and ladder work is essential. Additionally, you'll excel in scheduling meetings with insurance adjusters and persuading customers to choose Max Roofing NC for their construction needs. Commission start at 8-15% based on experience. Responsibilities * Providing roof repairs, replacement and storm restoration, new construction roof installations, and storm damage assessment and restoration * Identify potential customers with damaged roofs * Perform inspections and offer tailored roofing solutions * Close roofing sales and exceed customer expectations.
