The Salazar and Lee Agency is looking for results driven Outbound sales person to join our dynamic top performing agency. You will be responsible for advising our future clients with all their insurance needs by selling them the value of our company. We are looking for strong individuals who want financial freedom and a higher quality of life. You must be goal oriented, driven, competitive and have the ability to work well with others to elevate our sales team. Prior insurance experience is not a must but you must have a proven track record of success in sales. (Outbound Sales preferred). You must be positive minded and relentless.
