Overview We are hiring an experienced CPG seller with wins in both branded retail and private label. Own a focused pipeline, win listings, and take private label from RFP to first purchase order. Present to buyers, travel as needed, and partner with the team to launch on time and on spec. About the product * High protein puff snack and cereal line in the better for you category * Private label capable with clean commercialization from RFP to first purchase order * Strong repeat and growing distribution with major grocery retailers Responsibilities * Build and manage a three quarter pipeline for branded and private label * Lead private label from RFP, specifications, packaging, pricing, portals, and item setup to first purchase order * Win branded placements with clear decks, samples, and follow ups * Plan price pack architecture, promos, and launches that protect margin * Forecast by customer and item and hand off cleanly to operations * Track deductions and scorecards and drive improvement Required experience * Two or more years selling CPG to retail buyers * Direct private label experience from RFP to first purchase order * Quantified wins in branded placements or expansions * Strong grocery math including margin, trade, freight, and pricing * Hands on work in retailer portals and new item setup * Clear presentations and crisp written follow ups * CRM discipline with accurate stages, values, probabilities, close dates, and next steps * Able to work in our Fontana office Monday through Friday * Able to travel.
