About Us Christie's International Real Estate VUE is a dynamic and fast-growing real estate brokerage dedicated to helping clients buy, sell, and invest in luxury properties. We're thrilled to be opening our newest office in the vibrant 9th & 9th community. As we expand into the Salt Lake City market, we're seeking a versatile, driven, and experienced licensed branch broker to lead, inspire, and expand our elite team of agents. Job Summary As Branch Broker, you will serve as the brokerage office's responsible licensee, ensuring legal compliance, agent development, and operational excellence. You will play a critical leadership role--mentoring agents, reinforcing brand standards, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives in the high-end residential market. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and support licensed agents in accordance with Utah Division of Real Estate rules * Review and approve contracts, disclosures, and MLS listings for accuracy and compliance * Conduct training, coaching, and regular office collaborations to support agent development and performance * Manage risk and handle conflict resolution between clients, agents, and third parties * Foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and ethical conduct * Partner with leadership to recruit high-performing agents and implement business growth strategies * Work closely with the Principal Broker to adhere to high brokerage standards Qualifications * Active Utah Broker's license in good standing (required) * Minimum 5 years of real estate experience, preferably with luxury firms * Proven leadership experience in a brokerage or team setting * Deep understanding of Utah real estate law, contracts, and MLS compliance * Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills * A polished, professional presence with strong ethical standards What We Offer * Competitive salary and performance bonuses. * Opportunities for professional development and training. * A collaborative and supportive work environment. * Health insurance stipends. * Paid time off and flexible scheduling.
