We are looking for motivated Agency Development Manager to support our District Agency in Wichita, KS. This role will help to support the training and development efforts for our Wichita District along with connecting with customers and to offer voluntary benefits that provide employees with financial protection during life's unexpected events. As an Agency Development Manager you'll help train our newly hired agents to build and nurture relationships with both new and existing businesses, positioning Colonial Life as the preferred provider for voluntary benefits. Successful ADMs focus on training our new agents to: * Prospect for new accounts * Present our value proposition to decision-makers and getting the "yes" * Conduct group meetings before enrollment sessions * Provide enrollment solutions * Manage our accounts after setup * Build relationships and partner with other independent benefit counselors to complete enrollments Beneficial Experience and/or Skills: * Insurance sales and Life & Accident/Health Insurance License * Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently * Sales experience * Management experience * Strong presentation and negotiation skills Compensation: As an Agency Development Manager, you have the potential to earn commissions based on sales results, renewal income, and bonuses along with overrides and bonuses from your team development and growth. You will have access to training and development from Colonial Life. This is an independent contractor opportunity in which you are in business for yourself but not by yourself. Any income range associated with this posting represents the potential pre-tax earnings of a business owner in this role, not a guaranteed salary or guaranteed earnings. All earnings in this role are sales results-based and uncapped, with a tremendous potential for growth based on your business acumen.
