Full description of the position

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development agent to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and project management, with a keen ability to build and maintain customer relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies that align with our organizational goals. Responsibilities * Implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives. * Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research and networking. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling. * Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and presentations. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability. * Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth. * Lead project management efforts for new initiatives from conception through execution. * Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress toward goals, and market insights. Qualifications * Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry. * Excellent strategic planning capabilities to identify long-term opportunities for growth. * Proficiency in using CRM software like Vinsolutions for managing customer relationships and sales processes. * Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make informed decisions. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
