Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their buying needs. * Maintain sales standards, meeting minimum sales quota * Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding product features and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the dealership * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries Skills * No experience necessary * Strong ability to sell products while providing outstanding customer service. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
