Business Development Manager (Growth-Focused) Location: North Salt Lake City, Utah Reports To: CEO About Zero Manufacturing For more than 75 years, Zero Manufacturing has been a trusted leader in protective aluminum cases, enclosures, and deep-drawn components serving aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. As we enter our next phase of growth, our focus is clear: expand share with core aerospace and defense customers while deliberately diversifying into adjacent, higher-growth markets that leverage our core manufacturing capabilities. Position Summary The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a new-business and market-expansion leader, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting growth opportunities aligned with Zero's long-term strategy. This is a strategic growth position focused on winning new programs, expanding Zero's footprint, and opening adjacent markets. 2026 Strategic Alignment This role directly supports Zero Manufacturing's 2026 priorities, including expanding share within aerospace and defense, increasing exposure to commercial aerospace and unmanned systems, selective diversification into industrial, medical, and energy markets, and driving disciplined, margin- aligned growth.
