We are hiring a Commercial Lines Account Manager who brings the brains and the heart. Someone who knows commercial insurance inside and out and is dedicated to doing the right thing every day. What You Will Do * Own the details. Exhibit outstanding time management and task prioritization skills. You will provide client support by explaining coverage clearly and kindly, resolving issues, performing policy maintenance, submitting claims, and more. * Help the team shine. You will prepare applications, submissions, and proposals to assist in closing deals and retaining clients. * Be a calming influence in the midst of chaos by communicating with compassion and professionalism. * Handle complexity with confidence. You will coordinate with carriers, vendors, and teammates to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. * Keep things accurate and efficient. Issue proofs of insurance and track policy changes and renewals like it's second nature. What We 're Looking For * Active Texas General Lines P&C License * At least 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance ( more is preferred) * Advanced knowledge of insurance products, quoting platforms, and underwriting procedures * Proficient in Applied EPIC, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat Pro * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Insurance designation (e.g. CIC, CLCS, CISR, etc.) is a plus Our Culture in 5 Core Values: Bring the Joy -- We show up with positivity, professionalism, and a can-do attitude.
