Job Summary: We are seeking an Insurance Broker to join our team! You will be responsible for driving new business sales, retention, and growing Personal and Commercial Lines specific business. Manage client relationships, drive profitability, and growth. Responsibilities: * Present and sell products and services to new customers * Prospect and contact potential customers * Network and develop centers of influence * Manage customer calls and other contact channels and meet sales objectives * Correctly input customer underwriting information into a quoting system * Maintain a high degree of accuracy in agency management systems * Create sales material to present to customers Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields * Familiarity with CRM platforms * Ability to build rapport with clients * Strong negotiation skills * Strong computer skills * Deadline and detail-oriented * Property & Casualty Insurance License required * The preferred candidate is a team player with a great attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial mindset candidate for this position as an Insurance Broker.
